💜 Collagen Plumping Toner - This daily plumping toner is formulated with Niacinamide, collagen, peptide and rose water to plump, moisturize, revitalize and brighten the skin. My thoughts 💭- I quite love this set of AM and PM skincare essentials. The toners each have the typical watery consistency and absorb quickly once applied. Both are gentle and non-drying and left my skin feeling revitalized.
