Ok... let's get into the ingredients
Low molecular collagen (marine)
The molecular weight refers to the mass of a single molecule of the protein. A low molecular weight means the molecule of the protein are lighter, therefore can sink into the skin much easier. And maximizing the absorption of the ingredients into the skin.
Adenosine
It is a water soluble, yeast derived ingredient that functions as a good soothing, skin restoring agent. Skincare containing adenosine has led to decreased appearance of crows feet, and reduction of the depth of brow wrinkles. Resulting in smoother more youthful complexion. Also, treats acne, scars, and skin damage. Aids wound healing, and tissue repair.
Allantoin or comfrey root
This ingredient has wound healing properties, making it perfect for brightening dark spots. Also promotes skin regrowth and renewal. It increases collegen in skin, hydrates skin, reduces itchiness, treats minor injuries and improves overall texture and appearance.
This, again is a beautiful product. I wear it for 15-20 minutes, then lightly rub in the rest of the serum on ny face and décolletage.
The other ingredients in the mask are fantastic, and I didnt have any problem with them, even though this mask does come with fragrance.
The only bad thing about this sheet mask container set thing is the smell. I read someone said, "It smells like a grandmother out shopping" and it really does. Don't let this scare you off the mask though, it isn't bad, per se, and it is a light scent.
Another thing to keep in mind is the opening, after you open the container, Mary & May expect you to keep this attached, to keep the mask good for longer. I didn't realize this and removed it. I don't think I will have any trouble though, the actual container is pretty tight, so it is very unlikely the serum will evaporate, also I keep it in my skincare fridge 99.9% of the time.
