It improves the dull skin by soothing and replenishing the skin with hydration. This serum works on textured skin . It moisturizes throughout the day or night. It doesn't irritate my skin or irritate with any other skincare products.  It spreads easily on the skin. Fragrance will not be issue. It is very calming and soothing on skin. It has cica and Manuka honey and Melatonin  which helped to address issues of textured dull skin.The hydrating properties of this serum are a game-changer. My skin feels intensely nourished and plump, minimizing the look of some dark spots. My face feels smooth and moisturized throughout the day. For the hyperpigmentation issue ,still need to use more.
