I’ve mentioned how much I adore milky formulations like this one, and it didn’t disappoint! I’ve been eyeing this one for a while even though I’m not usually big on toners. But this one was super hydrating and non-sticky, plus theres no added fragrances. If you smell anything at all, it’s from the rice extract since there are no added fragrances. What makes this different is the fact that it’s made up of nearly 78% rice extract, which is part of where it gets its milky color from and what really helps your skin retain its moisture. Not only does it help with hydration, but it also helps calm irritated skin. Another key ingredient towards the top of the list is niacinamide, which can help with an uneven skin tone/post acne hyperpigmentation. If you’re looking to get into Korean skincare and toners, I highly suggest this one!
