Beta Panthenol Repair Serum

Dry, flakey skin? We don’t know her. I love Panthenol for my dry skin. This is a thicker consistency serum that makes my skin feel smooth and hydrated. It spreads easily and absorbs well, giving me all day hydration without irritation.

The packaging makes it VERY difficult to get the product out. This should be in a pump bottle due to its consistency.
