It is a very heavy weight oil. I could not get it to absorb. I waited all day for it to absorb but it didn’t. Very disappointing. It’s too occlusive, you can’t apply anything over it.
Hands done the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customer Rep, S Sarmadi is the most incompetent person I have encountered. 5 maybe 6 emails, more than 6 weeks and she still has not resolved my issue. I sent photos and explained over and over in as many ways I can possibly think of that the pump on there product is broken. Every time her response is to”turn it upside down and the pump will work”. I don’t know how to make her understand that the pump wont reattach to the tube in the bottom of the bottle.
I would fix it myself if my tweezer could reach the tube to pull it out and place if back on the pump. I find the so very sad because I adore peach and lily’s products. I’m very apprehensive and ever ordering again. I’m pretty sure I can kiss my 47 dollars away.
