I bought this on a whim, and am so glad I did. This eyeliner has a nice narrow felt tip. Leaving a clean, smooth line. The pigment is great. Very black. It glides on the skin so easily. I'd take this affordable eyeliner pen over luxury brands any day. I read in another review that they layer it, but I have not found I needed to. And it lasted through walking in the freezing wind that made my eyes water. That is impressive.
Obviously I would recommend this product. It's easy to use and serves its purpose well. I haven't had it very long, so I have no opinion on how long it lasts. But for the price, it's affordable when it's time to replace it. I going to be sticking with this product.
