First, is the scent. It is extremely fragranced and I generally don't mind but the scent is very strong. Second, application isn't great and it leaves a very sticky residue. Usually with my skincare I get excited to use it and applying the products is a pleasant experience. With this however, the combination of alcohol and fragrance that assaults my nose in addition to the sticky application just made using this product a really unpleasant experience. Once it dries and it leaves my kind of very irritated and not moisturized. This product contains a lot of alcohol likely to make the product dry down faster. They do claim that there is 93% maple tree sap so the amount of alcohol would be <7% based of the math.
