I am absolutely thrilled with the E.L.F H2O Proof Inkwell Eyeliner! As a 38-year-old woman, I've struggled to find an eyeliner that stays put all day without smudging or fading. This eyeliner is truly waterproof; you'll definitely need a good eye makeup remover to take it off! The applicator is a tad stiff for my liking, but I was still able to achieve precise lines and great results. Once it sets, it doesn't budge, giving me the confidence that my eyeliner looks perfect from morning until night. I highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone looking for a long-lasting, smudge-proof formula!
