ELF - Pearly08 review for Instant Lift Brow Pencil

I do have black eyebrow and medium skin tone and I got the shade Black. It is a good starter eyebrow pencil. It is cheap eyeliner on market but regardless it do its job. It has a dual sided retractable portion, one with fine tip for eyebrow application accuracy and the other side is with a spoolie end for grooming and shaping brow hairs. It has a creamy smudge proof formula, great for everyday use. I like the precision tip of this liner because it helps apply evenly around the eyebrow lining and you have the choice and control if you want to be thinner or more broader appearance of your eyebrows.
