Help soothe my sensitive skin. Exfoliate my dead skin. I feel my skin turn over rate become faster, as in the acne healed faster than before

Sometimes will feel stinginess on my dry skin at the side of the nose. Not sure if it’s normal but just the feeling, nothing happen
