Neutrogena - Ananael review for Hydro Boost Water Cream

Well, this was a great find! Upon application the cream first appears thick but it applies so light and smoothly. The lotion immediately leaves the skin feeling refreshed, looking hydrated and glowing! The Hydro Boost Cream also worked great in a pinch to remove a little bit of waterproof eyeliner that had smeared onto my cheek and wasn’t budging!
