Azulene 147HA Intensive Soothing Cream

product review positives
Overview: This is a cream that contains guaiazulene (10ppm) which is derived from chamomile flower oil which imparts the light blue tint to the cream. It is known for soothing and calming the skin. This also contains chamomile, hyaluronic acid, shea butter, centella asciatica. Packaging πŸ’™ Metal squeeze tube packaging πŸ’™ 50mL πŸ“¦ PAO: 12 months Texture/Scent 🐦Thick cream texture, melts into a water cream on the skin 🐦 No residue/stickiness, smooth finish πŸ‘ƒ Moderately strong floral? scent My experience: This is my first azulene containing product so I was super excited! Also a little scared because most moisturizers tend to break me out. Based off the ingredients, I was expecting a heavy duty cream, but was really surprised! It does feel thick and nourishing out of the tube but when applied it melts into a beautiful lightweight cream (like a water cream) that absorbs well and doesn't feel heavy at all even on my T-zone! I did patch test on my cheeks to be safe before using on my full face. I did notice a soothing effect and this worked really well for my outer cheek area which tends to be drier and prone to redness! I use this at night and in the morning my skin looks and feels smooth and not oily at all. Also, no breakouts for me yet, even though shea butter containing products usually don't agree with my skin! I do prefer lighter products for the AM but this has been perfect for nighttime and I'm really enjoying it! Overall impression + Applies like a water cream, lightweight + Soothing, great for calming irritation + Ideal for combo and dry skin types *PR, review is my honest opinion*
product review negatives
- Contains essential oils and floral extracts - Contains silicones (I know some people prefer to avoid silicones)
