This is a Serum Toner, so think essence. It is super hydrating, with a thicker consistency and a pump bottle. The blue petals floating around in there are actually hydrogels loaded with hydration for your skin.

If you are looking for a massive boost of hydration, this is so worth checking out, it’s pretty yes, but it also works really well. Because of it’s thicker consistency I like to apply this to my damp skin right after washing my face so as not to worry about any sort of tacky feeling if I apply too much, 😂 I always apply to much. It just feels super refreshing so I can’t help myself
This has no artificial fragrance, however it does have 2 items used for fragrance at the very end of the inci list (Linalool, Limonene) for those that are sensitive.
