This is a resurfacing, anti- pollution exfoliator. The dark powder is just enough grit for some satisfying sloughing, but also gentle enough not to abrade the skin— I use this 1-2 times a week, mainly because I still use actives and I’m careful not to overexfoliate my dry-sensitive skin.
🌚 This powder formula is said to activate upon contact with water, releasing powerful enzymes, alpha hydroxy acids and anti-pollution technology to fight elements that accelerate aging. This is more than a physical exfoliator, as it has lactic acid for smoother and brighter skin. It also has activated binchotan to purify the skin and absorb toxins, and niacinamide, red algae and tara fruit extract to guard against pollution.
🌚 This is possibly the best physical (in form) exfoliator I’ve tried, the satisfaction I get from using this is just insane. 😅After washing with this, my skin really does feel smoother and brighter immediately, and the effect does carry over well after use. On days that I want more gentle cleaning, I mix the powder with my milk cleanser for a slippier feel.
