Hanyul - 4am review for Pure Artemisia Watery Calming Toner

The bottle is a heavy glass bottle that feels very luxurious. I also like the piece of plastic in the mouth of the bottle. It controls the flow of the watery toner really well so that only one drop at a time comes out when you pour it. I think this toner does a good job at moisturizing and hydrating the skin. It's okay it's skin balancing; my skin is slightly less oily than it usually is but I wouldn't have noticed it if I wasn't carefully tracking my progress while testing it out. I have acne prone combination and oily skin which can be sensitive to certain ingredients and formulations and I didn't experience any irritation while using this toner.
