ELF - ev25 review for Vanilla Frosting

Please keep in mind I have dry sensitive skin so it might work differently on everybody. It has a thin texture and it stays on for 45-60 minutes with a base. The reason I add a base is because it burns after application if my lips are dry. The small packaging is only half filled. To add to that I had to apply a generous amount to even have it show up. I don’t know if I would recommend the product but if you don’t have dry,sensitive skin this product may work for you.
