Madecassoside Blemish Pad

product review positives
Product gifted by Mediheal in exchange for my honest review. I think most of you know by now how much I adore multi-functional products, especially if you’ve read any of my reviews before. These toning pads can be used four ways: 1 - like a traditional toning step; just use one pad and swipe it across your face. 2 - like a face mask as I’m showing off in this video; apply multiple patches at once and let your skin absorb the essence from the pads for 5-15 mins. 3 - targeted treatment for problem areas. 4 - to clean up the modeling mask packs from Mediheal. If you rinse off any residue from the masks, it can negate the effectiveness of the ampoule step in your mask routine. I have a video of this on my Instagram/Tiktok profiles, if you are curious about that last process especially. Madecassoside is extracted from the more well known ingredient: Centella Asiatica. It is meant to help with active pimples as well as post acne healing of your skin’s barrier. I love CA because it’s a great Versailles ingredient that can help both acne prone and dry leaning skin (and I deal with both). I also love the cooling sensation that these pads provide, especially on a hot summer night. It’s nice and refreshing. This also features rosemary leaf oil which offers this product it’s cooling sensation and light scent. Even though I have sensitive skin, I was able to handle these pads. I found that they were hydrating, especially when used as a mask rather than just a toning pad.
product review negatives
The only thing you have to be aware of with this is it can sting a bit if you have an open wound on your face (like a popped pimple). Overall I enjoyed this, but that was why I had to remove on star from my review.
