This is a chemical exfoliant so i only used it a few times and also because alcohol denat is the second ingrediënt. It's a super interesting one to work with. Massaging the gel/glue🤔😅 type texture into your skin you start to see the dead skin cells come off right away! But it's a lot of work to get it all off again. My skin did felt so clean after and not stripped at all, but i can't work with this one too often as the faint smell is not so nice and because of the alcohol denat.
