Here’s another review of different skincare products Secret Key offers, and I must say, it went differently from what I expected. The first thing that caught me off guard was how scented this whole line is — and I don’t mean lightly scented or herbal-based scents (which I usually like in my skincare, if not unscented). No, these were full-on perfume-type scented skincare products, which, I’m not going to lie, sent multiple red flag signals. Nevertheless, I gave these a try, and here are my honest thoughts on them.

My thoughts:
🐥 I really liked the exfoliating factor of this — you can see the gommage forming as you rub the product on your face.
🐥 Like the other products from this brand, it’s heavily scented. It smells like lemon verbena, so if fragrance is something you’re sensitive to, you might want to avoid this.
🐥 After using this, I noticed a slightly brighter effect on my face, so I didn’t completely dislike it. I just wish it wasn’t so heavily scented.
Overall, the formulation is nice, but the fragrance is a bit too heavy.
