Immediately I adore the thin silicone brush. That tends to be my personal preference for the spoolie type because I find traditional brushes to be too big and bulky to apply mascara to my lower lashes (I have had too many accidental eye pokes because of these). I didn’t have that issue since I was able to control the small brush much more easily and this mascara left my short and stubby lashes looking longer without looking clumpy.
I had no issues with it making my eyes weep with wear, but that’s pretty rare even with my eye sensitivities. There was no strong scent to this mascara either which can also turn me off from other formulas on the market. Overall, I would definitely suggest this option to people if they don’t mind minor flaking (they were pretty small flakes compared to other formulas as wel).
I took off one star from my review because this mascara flaked with wear. Flaking tends to irritate my eyes and why I will always judge mascaras harshly for it.
It also didn’t allow my lashes to hold a curl very well, likely because this is not a waterproof formula. Although I tend to prefer formulas like this so I can erase the mascara smudges much easier than if it was a waterproof formula.
