The Halo Glow Blush wands are fairly good quality for the price point! In my opinion they give a decent amount of color and seem to blend out quite easily. They definitely are beginner friendly and since they have glitter, can double as a highlight!

At times these blush wands can not sit well on top of certain foundations. So be sure to check ingredients and carefully blend!
