The Mixsoon Centella Asiatica Toner is a very lightweight and liquid, watery toner containing 100% pure Centella Asiatica, known for it's soothing, calming and healing properties. This Toner promises to be not just only soothing, calming and healing on the skin, but it also promises to nourish the skin, strengthen the skin barrier and to provide hydration and moisture to the skin. It also claims to help with reducing redness, irritations and inflammations, to reduce signs of aging, to stimulate the production of Hyaluronic Acid and, thanks to it's powerful antioxidant properties, to protect the skin against external environmental damages.
This Toner is suitable for all skintypes, including sensitive skin, was tested for irtitations and it's also a cruelty free and vegan product.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭:
This Toner is completely scentless, which makes it the ideal Toner to use when having sensitive or irritated skin.
𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥:
It's a very lightweight Toner with a very light, liquidy, water-like texture, which means it's a bit runny, but absorbs really quickly. It doesn't leave behind any residu and it doesn't feel sticky, oily or greasy. Nor does it dry out the skin at all. Applying it to the skin (which can be done by using a cotton round or your hands) actually feels rather refreshing, which makes this Toner an excellent choice to use it during hot summer days.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠:
This Toner comes in a huge, clear plastic bottle (if you have the 300ml version, like I do) and has a white flip cap on top of it. It comes without a dropper, the cap on top just has a hole beneath it's cover. A white sticker with black text is applied on both sides of the bottle, featuring the name of the product and some brand info on the front sticker and directions on how to use the product on the back sticker, in both English and Korean.
The white carton box the bottle comes in has black text in both English as Korean and features a short list of ingredients (this product just contains very few ingredients), directions on how to use this Toner, a caution warning and some more brand info.
Both the bottle as the carton box has the typical sleek, minimalistic, clean and modern Mixsoon look we all know and love.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭:
This Toner feels so refreshing while applying and it instantly calms and soothes my sensitive skin, especially during summer when my skin is a bit irritated by the heat and the sun. After using it for a while, I noticed my redness seems to be slightly reduced and my skin feels hydrated, nourished, moisturized, soft, supple and refreshed. I haven't noticed much of a difference in reducing any signs of aging though, my (barely visible) fine lines are still there! 😉 My skin looks healthy, radiant, plump and fresh though.
I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritations after using this Toner and it didn't make my skin feel dry, itchy or tight either.
𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧:
I'm absolutely loving this Toner! I especially love the very lightweight, liquidy, watery texture, the size of the bottle (it really is huge!), the refreshed feeling after applying the Toner and the way it makes my skin look and feel calm, soothed, nourished, radiant and plump. I also like the level of hydration it provides, which definitely is enough for my sensitive combination skin, both during summer and winter times. I'm not sure if the level of hydration would be enough when having dry or extremely dry skin though. In that case, you might need some extra moisture.
Truly recommended to anyone looking for a way to calm, soothe and refresh their sensitive skin, anyone who easily experiences skin irritations or inflammations or just anyone looking for a simple and pure product to provide moisture and hydration while protecting the skin during the day, especially during hot summer days or in humid places.
Always make sure to wear sunscreen too and to do a patch test first!

For me personally, I honestly can't think of any, to me, it's an excellent product! But if your skin is extremely dry, you might need some extra moisture.
