First Toner

This toner is super lightweight, and it feels like water with a little bit of viscosity. A layer is not hydrating enough, but more on moisturizing the skin. It's a nice toner to prep the skin tho, but not the most ideal one for this cold season.

Not very hydrating as it claims.
