Cosrx cica toner is HG, it has 7 types of centella extract, PLUS panthenol (barrier support), allantoin(soothing), pycnogenol (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory) and glycerin( moisturizing humectant). it’s thin and watery, extremely light weight and fragrance free. I use it everyday, it’s soothing and hydrating on my dry sensitive skin. 5 stars.

There’s a slight foaming on application, it settles down quickly and doesn’t really bother me but other reviewers mentioned it so I thought I should too.
