This is a very affordable, water resistant, reliable sunscreen from a reputable brand. The filters in it are excellent. It's also moisturizing to the skin, so I don't need to use a separate moisturizer under it. It doesn't leave a white cast on me (light skintone).
Compared to the Altruist SPF 50 (not the face fluid, the regular SPF 50), this is a bit less heavy, a bit less greasy, and a bit less shiny. And unlike the SPF 50, this one doesn't pill on me.
If I use it around my eyes, it tends to sting. I suspect that it's probably due to the avobenzone or octocrylene, but I'm not sure.
It feels a bit heavier, greasier, and stickier than I prefer, and makes me look a bit oilier than I prefer.
It's OK for the body but not my first pick for the face.
