I admit I was stoked to see body care from a favorite brand of mine, @haruharu This Black Bamboo Daily Smoothing Body Oil hits so many marks for me. First, I love the bottle, it looks nice, but I do wish it was a bit bigger. With ingredients and benefits like these, this is one I couldn't resist! 💚 Black Bamboo - Calms & moisturizes 🖤 Argan Oil - Improves texture, hydrates 💚 Tamanu Oil - Moisturizes, regulates sebum, strengthens the skin barrier 🖤 Urea - Soothes, hydrates, strengthens the skin barrier 💚 Mandelic Acid (AHA) - Exfoliates 🖤 Almond Oil - Nourishes, protects skin from environmental stressors 💚 Squalene - Prevents moisture loss This satin soft, milky oil absorbs incredibly quickly, and keeps my dry skin from feeling pinched and itchy immediately upon contact. Because it is lightweight, I found it is great for layering on those days when you need extra love. However, with added ingredients such as bergamot, basil, mandarin, rosemary, lavender & warm cedarwood to soothe the senses, I expected more from the scent, which is slightly earthy to me and fleeting. Overall, I absolutely love this body oil!
