You can use this product as quick fix as physical exfoliater, it has gritty kind of texture which feels harsh on skin so I won't recommend using it on whole I just use it for my nose for blackheads, after using it my skin feels good,smooth and clean , it also decrease the appearance of the black heads but as I said it's good for a quick fix, the results doesn't last long
It has gritty texture which feels harsh on skin, long term use can cause damage to the skin barrier and weaken it, I wouldn't recommend using it to be honest there many another better physical exfoliater available at the market, better than this at the better price range but I would suggest going for chemical exfoliation as they provide long term benefit
