I think you should look for upcoming brands with relatively small following. They are usually more open to partnering. You can also DM Bellflower, Bonajour, Madhippie and see if you get lucky.

Bonajour just sent me a nice PR box I only have 717 followers on Instagram but I have 1559 in Tik Tok last I checked it might be more so try bonajour some brands have affiliate links in their bios too.
