Oh no that sucks! I know how you feel though. When I was in the US for a bit I had so many options but wasn't into skincare at all. Now I'm back in my country and there's barely anything available 🙃 I've seen LRP products in the UK though even though they're different from the US ones. But maybe you'll still find something similar?
Otherwise FAB is holy grail for sure! And the Bioderma Atoderm series is pretty good too!

My favorite ceramide moisturizer (excluding things like Stratia Liquid Gold which I consider a serum) is hands-down the Atopalm MLE Cream. It saved my skin's moisture barrier!

I would say creamy and rich - a little goes a long way. It spreads out very well and doesn't feel too heavy on the skin, in my opinion.
