I need helps to get rid of my Pie?!!

I need a product recommendation for my pie I been using ordinary azeliac acid for a while now but I can’t see any difference help ! Skin type is dry- sensitive skin

PIE can take some time to fade. Have you tried incorporating niacinamide in your routine? Or an active like vitamin c or retinal?

You should try prescription strength azelaic acid instead. Such as the finacea 15% gel or the Dermatica 20% cream. Retinoids work as well since they speed up cell turnover. Like retinol, retinal, tretinoin and I think adapalene can help. Tretinoin is the most drying out of all of these though so try the others first.

Have you tried Differin? My dermatologist prescribed it to me for acne scars but u can buy the american version without a prescription on iherb or amazon
