I never received my package

There are MULTIPLE posts about this giveaway if you just search or scroll through. Some people have reported they got tracking but most have not. Picky Developers removed the option to inform them items have not arrived from the Review Form in the last update (either end of Nov/early Dec). The link in the emails just tell you to go to the app. Contacting Picky support is no help. I emailed them on Monday morning and got no response. I’m also missing the Manyo giveaway also due on 17th. This issue happened to me with the Real Barrier giveaway, and when I contacted Picky Support telling them the form had changed and email link no longer works, they told me to click the email link I told them didn’t work. I ended up doing a temporary review noting that 1) Products were not received in time for Review due date; 2)NO Tracking information was provided; 3)Picky Developers removed the entire process for requesting an extension and Picky Support tells incorrect information. Then I proceeded to post a review stating that I would update once products were received. The temporary review talked about the product ingredients, benefits, etc. but nothing about personal experience since I didn’t have the product. I used stock photos and screenshots from Picky showing the giveaway and posted that information here and on IG. I updated my reviews after I got the chance to try the items for a week

I'm having the same issue, I can't find where to report the package hasn't arrive and the tracking link they provided doesn't work

I clicked on the thing to submit an issue in the email they sent about the shipping in progress that never included a tracking number if I click it it just takes me to picky it opens the app but doesn't let me submit anything.

I’m still waiting as well the package
