Too much of a good thing? Is using too much Niacinamide good for the skin

Using too much Niacinamide can lead to Redness and irritation Increased sensitivity Dryness and flakiness Acne and breakouts Start with a low concentration (3-5%) and use in moderation to avoid these side effects!

It ALWAYS depends on the skin. A resilient can handle a 15% of Niacinamide; a sensitive one, barely 3%. I have used 10% of Niacinamide, daily, for months. The first few months, my face felt softer. After that, my skin returned to how it was before using the ingredient. 10% did barely anything for me. Please, don't scare people unnecessarily. Everything has to do with the resilience of the skin, and the percentage of each ingredient.

I'm not trying to scare like i said "start with" not you should" sometimes people trying out skincare for the first time don't really know what to get so it's best to start small and then elevate your percentage rather than just jumping into any product you see ....... Damaged skin can happen just because you didn't know better thays what i mean ....
