My skin sounds similar to yours! I really like the Meditherapy Mugwort Super Calming Toner and Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner. For moisturizers, I tend to cycle them in and out but for a super rich hydrating one, I’ve been loving the Real Barrier Extreme Cream and Aestura Atobarrier 365 cream. For a more midweight moisturizer, I’d recommend Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream - this one is so calming and soothing.
