If you get the CeraVe SA cleanser, I don’t recommend using it with the Avene cream since it also has Salicylic Acid.
My friend’s 10 year old loves the brand Bubble and has this moisturizer on her wishlist. She uses the cleanser and toner already.

for an 11 year old i think you should just do cleansing and moisturizer then spf spf are really important the round lab sunscreen is very moisturizing so its good for your skin if you want a cheaper option the cosrx ultra light invisible sunscreen woulb be good for moisturizer something like the bubble cloud surf water moisturizer then for cleanser haruharuwonder black rice 5.5 cleansing gel or cethapil
