Ceramide or Panthenol?

I recently started on tretinoin and use it once a week (on weeks 3 now). My skin start to become flaky but fortunately no breakout yet just occasionally 1 or 2 pimples and recovered fast. I wanna change my moisturizer and i have two products in mind which fit my budget My skin originally oily, becime dry and redneess after tretinoin which one should i get?
