Cerave causes breakouts?

Anyone who are breaking out when using cerave foaming cleanser? I also use hada labo hyaluronic lotion and TO niacinamide and TO retinol. I recently changed my cleanser and I think it’s the cerave that causes my breakout. Is it because of too much hyaluronic and niacinamide since it also in the cerave?

hi! yes cerave can cause break outs because it may not suit your skin. If its not purging and is break out then i recommend stop using them. Purging only last for some time where break outs take much longer to heal. Purging also appear on places you usually breakouts where break outs are in places you rarely have acne. Please dont feel pressure to use certain brands because of hype, just use wjat suit your skin the most :)

thank you! i would really like to continue cerave because of good reviews and i wanted to remove my pimples and dark spots. but i don’t think my face likes it. 😔
