Any have issues with Beauty of Joseon?

I won the recent giveaway.... had to pay $24 to ship which Picky said wasn't supposed to happen and to upload the receipt to get reimbursed but there isn't a spot to upload. Posted what I was required to post. I keep getting disapproved. It gives several things we are required to say, I've said them all. It says before and after... not only does it show it in the video, I added a pic side by side. The pic doesn't show a huge difference but that's their product, and I got it 2 days before the deadline so I was only able to use it once to submit the content. It said to show serum, then patch...I did that, even had step 1 and step 2 but had to take that out to add what they wanted me to say. Then they want me to rearrange with eye patch on knuckles at the beginning, before and after at the beginning. I did that. Things they wanted us to say are in the video, but they are still saying they need to be included. I spent over 4 hours making content that they don't approve on a product that I pretty much paid for. These are supposed to be real reviews but this one is seeming more like we are doing a commercial for the product. I've seen several on IG that do not have all of these things included or in order. So what do we do when all of the things are in the content and it still gets disapproved? Especially when we are given specific words and said them exactly how they told us? I've emailed Picky but idk what else to do. I've never had this issue in 3-4 years.

Just started having issues yesterday. I sent an email into them discussing issues. Haven't heard back yet. I am thinking there is some kind of misunderstanding when they added the extra. It look like two content ideas when it was only one before. The extra should of said receipt. We are late due to customs and that they said they weren't suppose to send it that way. DHL automatically pays. If they need customs it should taken on the front end at 15% so we don't have to deal with carrier admin fee. Other items are taking forever to get to us and I went up a tier, but I am not being picked much either now since tariffs. Still Waiting on reimbursement for Talitha Koum as well. Everything is a big mess.

I haven't been picked very much since they changed the app in December. I used to get 80% of what I applied for. Now I'm lucky to get 1 per month. A lot of us received emails that we were not supposed to get a customs fee on this one and it will be reimbursed. It hasn't happened. I even sent in a support ticket and they won't respond. They shouldn't tell us they are reimbursing if they are not. I wouldn't have paid $24 for $26 in what was supposed to be free products. In that case I could have just ordered online, only paid $6 shipping and not have had guidelines on the product review like I'm doing a commercial for them.
