Just started having issues yesterday. I sent an email into them discussing issues. Haven't heard back yet. I am thinking there is some kind of misunderstanding when they added the extra. It look like two content ideas when it was only one before. The extra should of said receipt. We are late due to customs and that they said they weren't suppose to send it that way. DHL automatically pays. If they need customs it should taken on the front end at 15% so we don't have to deal with carrier admin fee. Other items are taking forever to get to us and I went up a tier, but I am not being picked much either now since tariffs. Still Waiting on reimbursement for Talitha Koum as well. Everything is a big mess.

I haven't been picked very much since they changed the app in December. I used to get 80% of what I applied for. Now I'm lucky to get 1 per month. A lot of us received emails that we were not supposed to get a customs fee on this one and it will be reimbursed. It hasn't happened. I even sent in a support ticket and they won't respond. They shouldn't tell us they are reimbursing if they are not. I wouldn't have paid $24 for $26 in what was supposed to be free products. In that case I could have just ordered online, only paid $6 shipping and not have had guidelines on the product review like I'm doing a commercial for them.
