well from my experience, either from reaching out directly to the brands (either email, dms or pr/ambassador forms they have on their links in profile) or brands reach out directly to you! if you don’t have a whole lot of followers i would recommend reaching directly to the brands for now and engaging with them on social media so they notice you!! good luck im sure you’ll get a LOT of pr very soon !!

honestly? i research if it seems true or not. if it’s an @gmail or something most likely it won’t be true, the same if they ask for your bank account info or personal things beforehand. you can always also google the email account or brand and most of the time if it is false there will be a form about that scam !

Threads and instagram should be your best friend for PR links or reach out to the brand via email
