I think you can’t go wrong with hydrating toners! Even oily skin can benefit from it since some oily skin types are compensating with oil since their skin is so dehydrated (aka mine 😅). Here are a few I’ve tried so far and love! I haven’t met a hydrating toner I’ve hated so you don’t have to go for the most expensive one.
