This is a very valid question! And your English is great, don’t worry ☺️
Basically, in order for the product to have an spf claim, it needs to be tested in the laboratory, where they use 2mg product per cm^2 skin. So it really depends on the size of your face, and the density/thickness of the product.
Not many people measure the surface area of their face to know how much sunscreen to apply, but a good rule of thumb is about 2-3 finger lengths or 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon for the face. Add more for your ears and neck.

Some people even say 3 fingers but I honestly just go with "if it feels like a bit too much, it's a good amount" 😅

Well honestly i dont follow the 2 finger rule and i just wing it by putting it on my palm and dab it on my face and then spread it. If its not enough i just use more

I would say yes. Some products are less spreadable, some products are more spreadable. But one finger of sunscreen, even tho it can cover your whole face, would most probably offer much lower protection than stated on the packaging. The 2-3 finger rule is there to make sure people reach the spf stated on the packaging. If it feels like too much, apply one finger and wait 5-10 minutes, then apply the second ☺️ obviously, there are exceptions. For example, a baby has a much smaller face, so one finger would probably be enough, but for an average teen-adult, two fingers are a must
