liah yoo just posted another response (link below). i think its a good apology and she seems to be really genuine. im not sure if ill be supporting krave beauty but at least shes going in the right direction. ive never tried their products and theyre way out of my budget anyway. there are also other issues with bipoc that they need to address.

I just placed an order before I heard about all of this news. So I'm going to use up what I have and then, well, I'm not comfortable supporting Krave anymore unfortunately due to the types of answers given in response to the recent issues.
I would be more apt to reconsider this if there was a truly honest announcement to the consumers, but even then it would depend. I'm not against people and their religions. But I also believe her initial responses to the LGBTQ+ issues were not clearly supportive of the community so that's my hangup there. 🤷♀️

Ya, its depends on myself. For me i will not support the brand that are not customer friendly. And i love how Purito fix their problem 🥰
