Frecuency of The Ordinary’s Niacinamide Serum

How often do you recommend using the Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%? I have read that it may be a little agressive when using too often (like 2X a day or everyday) or that it may cause irritation beacuse of it’s concentration. I started using it once every 2 days since I’m using a retinoid every 2 days too. I’ll use the serum the days I don’t use the retinoid.

I heard about this from james welsh too and he said 10% concentration is just too much and we actually dont need them. Nowadays most products have 5% niacinamide in it so we dont really the TO anyway

I used that one. I only use it 3x a week, up untill i finished the entire bottle i stick to that frequency. Because TO niacinamade stings my face, and it still sting even after 3 months. I think my face never got used to it or anything.

It shouldn’t sting! That’s more like a reaction. Make sure you listen to your skin. Probably best to discontinue use.

The high percentage of Niacinamide on that bottle triggered my skin and produced cystic acnes. I am not a fan of the finish too. It's my experience, you might have a different reaction with the product. Goodluck!
