Hiiii, milia has been a problem for me too! 🥲 Religiously using BHA in your routine helps get rid of it. The milia doesn’t go away immediately but using exfoliants help with skin texture and skin cell turnover 😊 You can also check the moisturizer you’re using. Heavy skincare products can contribute to milia. You don’t have to get rid of the product immediately, but maybe try applying a lesser amount 😄 To share, below are the products I got to help with exfoliation. I use these every other night. Hope these help you too! I got milia from using the CosRx Propolis light cream, but I wanted to give it another shot. So after I treated my milia and got rid of them, I tried using the cream again, this time applying a lesser than usual. So far so good ✨ P.S. Exfoliating works with mild milia; if the milia situation is a bit extreme, best to visit a dermatologist 😊

To prevent it you should avoid moistuzer that are too occlusive. Monitor also the effects of the product you use on your face on a daily basis. When you notice that a milia is forming stop usage. As per removal, I believe that you should seek the help of derma... As far as I know, no skincare product has been proven to remove milia

When I switched from an oil based eyecream to a silicone-based one I stopped getting Millia. I was able to get rid of some small milia that I caught early by using azelaic acid, retinol and an exfoliating scrub but it took a year to work. Azelaic acid breaks down keratin which is what the Milia is made of. you have to be extremely gentle using exfoliating scrubs around the eyes, generally it’s not recommended. The scrub I used has jojoba beads that dissolve so it’s a lot more gentle than microbeads or walnut shell. Milia that is fully formed and has been on your face for more than a few months really needs a professional dermatologist to remove them with tools.

I got rid of my milia by using exfoliating toner. The one that I used is from benton. Youcan use it everyday since ithas 0.05 salicylic acid which is very gentle but also does its job

I love this toner, it’s got a very impressive ingredients list with hydrators and antioxidants in addition to the BHA.

Once you have them you have to go to a dermatologist to remove them. Don't try to do it yourself or you may harm the skin..
