If you looking more in hydration I woul suggest you from Cosrx, but if you more into brightening I think Beauty of Joseon is better since it has Niacinamide in it

I like both.
The BoJ is more watery and layerable. Gives a nice hydration and not much moisture. It does slightly brighten the skin.
The Cosrx is a beautiful toner with the glow form propolis. Its thicker and gives hydration and a little moisture. It's great when skin is inflamed and itchy.

kind of depends on the rest of your routine, if you already have products with high niacinamide then I would skip the ginseng essence water but if you don’t already have a niacinamide product then you should have one for brightening.

I love both of them. Like what Hashi mentioned, the BoJ is more watery in consistency and can be layered multiple times. But in my experience, the Cosrx Propolis is more hydrating and soothing. The glow from propolis is also nice. The texture is thicker than most toners too.

from my experience. i have used both and i juat finished cosrx propolis toner and im half way with ginseng. i prefer the ginseng one for hydration. the cosrx one didnt give me any hydration idk why. it left a pretty glow but no hydration and it ends up sticky with many layers. the ginseng is layerable and hydrating and it brightens your skin.
