I’m from Rice toner?

Someone on here said the I’m from rice toner contains 4% niacinamide. I’ve read lots of reviews for it and checked the websites that sell it and none of them list a percentage of niacinamide. Can anybody confirm whether the brand has actually published what percent it contains?

I checked the box on mine and translated the Korean into English and only the rice extract percentage is mentioned. It is the 5th ingredient in the ingredient list so it must have a good percentage, right?

I have this but not sure how much niacinamide is in it. To be sure you can send Wishtrend a message and ask? I’ve done that a few times with different brands. Sometimes I’ll get the answer, sometimes I’ll get the “proprietary information, can not be disclosed”.
