Exfoliate how many times?

I have been exfoliating with a konjac sponge but I just purchased The Ordinary Aha 30% plus bha 2% peeling solution and use it once a week. Is that all the exfoliation I need to do or can I continue using the konjac sponge to exfoliate on the days I don’t use the peeling solution? How many times should I exfoliate?

You can just use the peeling solution once a week and maybe use a super gentle exfoliant once a week on a day you're not using the peeling solution!

Konjac sponge is pretty gentle, so you can still use it on other days (although i wound not exfoliate one day after and one day before using the peeling)🥰

Many think that weekly exfoliation is enough, and it's a good starting point for a newbie. Most experts advise that you exfoliate two to three times per week — as long as your skin can handle it. Chemical exfoliants tend to be fine to use more regularly.
