Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence vs Gel

Hi, what is the difference between these two sunscreens? Has anyone tried them both? Which one would you recommend? I've read that the gel is meant for body and the essence for face, but I've seen people using both for their face. The gel supposedly has a whitecast unlike the essence, but is not as irritating (contains less/no alcohol). The gel is also much cheaper. Except for the whitecast, the gel seems to be better than the essence, but the essence is more popular, so I'm confused. Thank you for your help 😊

Dry/Resilient

The essence is best for dry skin wanting dewy finish. The gel is a chemil/physical hybrid sunscreen with titanium dioxide. Because it has a inorganic UV filter, you will experience with cast with the gel. Neither of these two are water resistant or sweat proof. Both have high alcohol content. But have not experience both drying my skin, however I do layer alot of hydrating stuff.
