the concentration of your routine was quite high for your skin. 7% aha toning and 10% niacinamide is really high if you're a beginner for this ingredients. If you can, use the mild ones first before you use the high concentration.

like all actives you need to start slowly once or twice a week and build up use. You've likely over used it in your nightly routine and damaged your skin barrier. I'd suggest fixing your barrier first go back to basics no actives, then introduce actives slowly after your barrier is healed ππ

Definitely will not be using that daily. I think I will try exfoliating twice a week and if I feel like my skin is still burning after, I will try another toner.

It could be the concentration of the product is to high for you so your skin doesn't seem to give good reaction. Maybe you could try something mild and gentle
Honestly I personally think TO glycolic acid is quite strong so you might have to be extra careful with that

I agree with Suri. Try using the niacinamide and glycolic acid on separate nights. They are both quite potent.

Burning sensation comes from small wound on your skin, may be your skin tight and dehydrated and super dry. Try using calming toner for a while. Until there's no burning sensation u feel. Then switch back to glycolic acid toning solution. I experiencing the problem before, i switch to calming toner about 1month. Then after tht no burning sensation when i applied toner with active ingredients.
