Bumps, closed comedones or uneven skin texture

I have these small bumps or uneven skin texture for many years. I only use pH balanced cleanser without oil cleanser for cleansing my face. Is it due to accumulation of dead skin cells or due to dehydration. I just feel so stressed. So, I hope any one can help me out. Drop all the possible product recommendations and ingredients. Thanks in advance.

Oil cleanser is such a big yes if you are wearing heavy makeup. It attracts oil and unclug pores. BHA and AHA for uneven texture, blackhead and whitehead. Also, what is your skin type? Are you sensitive? If you are starting out using actives, make sure to start with a lower percentage of bha and aha.

For close comedones oil cleanser or balm can be great so I would also recommend you to go for it. And for treatment a chemical exfoliation will give you even texture 💕

This is my HG for texture and bumps. I stopped using it for one day and broke out. My cheeks are so soft and smooth bc of this.
